With the launch of 'Talents of Tomorrow', Eintracht Frankfurt and Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences aim to empower the next generation of business leaders, with a focus on technology, data science, business modeling, and sustainability.
For the upcoming edition of the Sustain Challenge — as part of the Talents of Tomorrow initiative — we are answering the call to find new approaches to the economic, social, and environmental challenges of the 21st century.
What is the Sustain Challenge?
Imagine a hackathon - but more collaborative.
The Sustain Challenge is neither an exercise nor an assignment; it is a challenge. This is your opportunity to sharpen your professional skills, gain digital expertise, engage with industry professionals, compete and collaborate with peers, and nurture your entrepreneurial spirit!
Throughout the program, you will tackle some of society’s most pressing issues: the sustainable development of our planet, our society, and our economy.
What does the learning experience look like?
The Sustain Challenge is a 'digilog' format, meaning the kick-off and graduation events will take place on-site at Eintracht Frankfurt, allowing participants to meet, network with corporate partners, bond with teammates, and celebrate their achievements. Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences will offer participants a virtual, on-demand learning platform in the metaverse, providing hands-on education on topics such as sustainability, entrepreneurship, and technology. Industry leaders from both corporations and startups will share their expertise on how to design successful, sustainable businesses. Since the knowledge transfer happens virtually and on-demand, you can learn at your own pace, whenever it fits your schedule.
You will work in teams on specific business challenges provided by participating corporate partners, allowing you to apply learned techniques and gain practical experience.
What skills will you gain?
During the program, you will have the unique opportunity to explore courses from Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences' degree programs in sustainability, entrepreneurship, and technology, building the knowledge base necessary to tackle the challenges.
Find out more about the problem statement, carry out our research, understand the corporate's needs.
Find out more about the (potential) customer group, what pains they have, the jobs they need to get done.
Build a prototype (click dummy) that visualizes your idea, that represents the most important features, that empowers you to test the most important hypothesis.
