Dear away fans,
Welcome to Deutsche Bank Park for the match against Eintracht Frankfurt. To make your visit an enjoyable one from beginning to end, we’ve compiled all the key information for you below.
Away End Information
- The area designated for away fans, which comprises two seating blocks (Blocks 19 and 21) and one standing block (Block 20), is located in the eastern part of the stadium.
- Stadium seating plan
- Stadium regulations
- Please note: The West Stand (Blocks 31 to 41) is the main ‘home’ area at Eintracht Frankfurt. It is forbidden to wear away team colours and merchandise, make verbal comments or act in a provocative manner in this area. In the event of an incident, security personnel have the right to intervene and remove spectators from the area.
Fan Paraphernalia
- Your supporter liaison officers will generally inquire about the paraphernalia and objects (small and large single flags, flags with twin poles, banners, drums, megaphones etc.) that are allowed to be taken into the stadium. Following consultation with our security representatives and ourselves, Eintracht’s fan relations team, we will either agree to items being taken into the ground or reject certain objects due to previous experience. In general, we will do our best to allow you to bring as much paraphernalia into the stadium as possible. Our decision will be sent to your fan liaison team, who will pass the information on to you. There are also certain specific requirements listed in our stadium regulations that you should know of in advance.
- While you are allowed to bring cameras and digital cameras (max. 20x12x12cm), video cameras are forbidden. You cannot take backpacks or bags into the stadium and there is no drop-off facility. Belt and hip bags are generally permitted.
- Power banks (max. 100mm x 40mm x 40mm) as well as e-cigarettes are allowed to be brought into the stadium grounds.
- For a full list of permitted and prohibited items, please consult our stadium regulations.
Ticket Information
- For league matches, every away side is allocated 10 per cent of the stadium’s capacity. These tickets are sold through the away team. For more information on ticket allocation and sales, please contact the away team in question.
Directions
- Car park P9 is reserved for away team buses and is accessible via Mörfelder Landstraße (out of town). For fans arriving by car, we recommend using the “Waldparkplatz” car park unless your club informs you otherwise in advance.
- The “Gleisdreieck” car park is reserved exclusively for home fans. Visiting fans are strongly advised not to use this car park.
- Environmental Zone!
- The area within Frankfurt’s motorway ring road has held Environmental Zone status since 1 October 2008. The stadium is located within this Environmental Zone. A green environmental sticker must be displayed at all times when accessing the stadium car park or city centre by car.
- Deutsche Bank Park is easily accessible by public transport. Under normal circumstances, your Eintracht Frankfurt match ticket can also be used to travel on local buses and trains. Owners of a valid ticket can use the entire regional transport network – incorporating the RMV, the NVV and the VRN within the Bergstraße district – free of charge to travel to and from games.
- There is no shuttle transfer for train passengers arriving at Frankfurt central station. Please use the S-Bahn lines S7, S8 and S9 (www.rmv.de) for your onward journey to the stadium. Deutsche Bank Park is situated approximately 800 metres from the S-Bahn station “Stadion”.

'Waldtribüne'
- Created with fair play in mind, the “Waldtribüne” is a vibrant entertainment programme aimed at home and away fans, featuring interviews and information about the matchday. It is held at every home game, 45 minutes after the stadium opens, in front of the main stand opposite the Eintracht Museum.
Food & Drink
- You can enjoy your obligatory bratwurst, other delicacies and – most importantly – the traditional Frankfurt beverage “Äppelwoi” in and around the stadium.
- You can pay with cash or via contactless (Mastercard / Main Pay) at the stalls in the away area.
Fans with disabilities
- Fans with disabilities can get seats in the accessible areas by showing their disability ID at the ticket office on matchday. For visually impaired guests, we offer an audio description of the match. To make this service available for visually impaired guest fans as well, simply inform one of the guest fan coordinators or the Barrier-Free team (recognizable by their white vests) on the day of the match.
For any questions regarding this topic, our Disability access officer (DAO) Malte Baumann (m.baumann@eintrachtfrankfurt.de) is also available to assist during match preparations.
