At the start of the 2024/25 season, Eintracht Frankfurt introduced new awareness teams for individuals who experience threatening, harassing, discriminatory or inappropriate incidents in connection with home games at Deutsche Bank Park, Stadion am Brentanobad or Ahorn Camp Sportpark Dreieich.
This support is provided by a so-called Anlaufstelle (contact point), and is also available for anyone who feels uncomfortable or unsafe for any other reason, regardless of whether an incident occurred inside the stadium or during travel to and from the venue.
After matchdays, the team can be reached by phone or email. We are happy to arrange a personal meeting with you to go over what kind of support you would like. Together, we will explore the best ways to assist you.
Of course, you can also contact us anonymously by withholding your caller ID or by using an email address that does not reveal your identity. Additionally, you can reach us via WhatsApp and Signal using the phone number provided below.
Furthermore, specially trained staff from the Anlaufstelle are on site at Deutsche Bank Park on matchdays. You can contact them via the phone number provided below. Don't hesitate to approach the team members if you feel uncomfortable or if you would like more information about the Anlaufstelle. Team members wear identifying items such as bags, caps or hats with the Anlaufstelle logo printed on them, and they also carry accreditation.
The establishment of the Anlaufstelle was funded with resources from the DFL e.V.’s ‘Pool zur Förderung innovativer Fußball- und Fankultur’ (PFiFF; Fund to support innovative football and fan culture).
It is prohibited [...] to utter or disseminate discriminatory, racist, xenophobic, nationalist, anti-Semitic, violent and/or radical slogans, in particular radical right-wing or radical left-wing slogans [...].

Who is the Anlaufstelle aimed at?
The support can be used by all home and guest fans. We are also available for people working on match day.
You can contact us if you:
- had to go through a disturbing experience
- are affected by (sexualized) violence
- would like to report a case of discrimination
- would like to consider together what options are available to you
- know people who have experienced discrimination in the stadium and want to talk about it
- would like to receive general information about the Anlaufstelle
- want to give us feedback on how you could feel more comfortable in the stadium
- have other concerns relating to the contact point
How can I make use of the Anlaufstelle on match day?
On each match day, several awareness teams, each consisting of two people, are present at Deutsche Bank Park. You can either approach the teams directly or contact us by phone or messenger. The team members are wearing identifying features such as bags, caps or hats with the Anlaufstelle logo printed on them - they are also carrying accreditation. All team members are extensively trained and sensitized on the topics of anti-discrimination, support work and crossing of boundaries.
If you wish, two team members will come to you after your call or message and support you. If you wish, the team can also remove bags, caps and hats that indicate that they are part of the team before they arrive so that you can disclose your situation in a confidential atmosphere. You have the option of retreating to a safe space together with the team.
The awareness teams are available from two hours before kick-off until one hour after the final whistle.
Principles of the Anlaufstelle
To make it easier for you to make the decision to contact us, we would like to take this opportunity to explain the principles of the contact point in a transparent manner.
We focus on the affected person: We are there for you if you have experienced a threatening or discriminatory situation and will advocate for your concerns. We explicitly do not focus on working with people who discriminate, overstep boundaries or use violence.
We are confidential: All information that you share with us will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. All employees working for the Anlaufstelle have signed a confidentiality agreement.
We leave the decisions up to you: It is up to you to define where your personal boundaries have been overstepped. As soon as you feel uncomfortable in a situation, you can contact us. It is up to you to decide whether and what you want to share with us and what further steps you want to take. We will not do anything against your will and without prior consultation with you.
Limitations of the Anlaufstelle
We have a listening ear, take time to understand your concerns and, as a first point of contact, we can find possible courses of action together. What we cannot offer is long-term counseling or therapy. However, we are happy to support you in your search for a suitable position.

If you find yourself in an acute emergency, you can contact the
European emergency call: 112
