Executive committee
The Eintracht Frankfurt executive committee is made up of the club president and currently six vice-presidents. The president is elected by the general meeting for a term of four years on the recommendation of the supervisory board and the electoral committee. The other members of the executive committee are appointed for the same term on the recommendation of the president.

The committee is authorised and obliged to take all measures necessary for the proper management of the club. The executive committee has defined the following responsibilities in its rules of procedure: president Mathias Beck represents the executive committee and the club in public, particularly in dealings with authorities, associations, business organisations and the media. He is also responsible for strategic planning and direction, new business areas, and property and real estate development.

Vice-president Dominik Berker is responsible for the club's finances as treasurer, as well as for accounting, budget planning and the management of investments. Vice-president Stefan Minden is responsible for the fan and sponsorship department and for the club's legal affairs. Human resources, communications, membership and IT fall within the remit of managing executive committee member Moritz Theimann.
